Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

for orders placed through the Sultan Home & Decor online shop.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts concluded through our online shop between Sultan Home & Decor, owner Derviş Aydoğdu, Mauserstraße 25, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany (hereinafter the ‘Seller’) and our customers. Deviating terms of the customer apply only if we have expressly agreed to their validity.

2. Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with Sultan Home & Decor, owner Derviş Aydoğdu, Mauserstraße 25, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany. Contact: sultanhomedecorr@gmail.com.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. The customer can select products, place them in the shopping cart and review and correct their entries before submitting the order.

By clicking the final order button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping cart. An automatically sent acknowledgement initially only documents receipt of the order unless it expressly already declares acceptance. Acceptance takes place in particular through an express order confirmation, dispatch of the goods or payment processing in accordance with the selected payment method.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices displayed in the online shop at the time of the order apply. Any additional shipping costs are clearly shown to the customer before the binding order is submitted.

5. Payment

The payment methods available for the respective ordering process are displayed in the online shop or at checkout. Unless otherwise stated for the respective payment method, the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

The delivery area, delivery costs and expected delivery time are set out in the information for the respective offer and at checkout. If no specific delivery period is stated, the statutory provisions apply.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods generally passes only when the goods are handed over to the consumer or to a recipient designated by the consumer. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

7. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal where the statutory requirements are met. Details on the period, exercise, reimbursement and return can be found in our separate Right of Withdrawal. According to our withdrawal policy, we bear the cost of returning the goods.

9. Liability for defects

The statutory warranty rights apply to defects in the delivered goods. Statutory guarantees or additional manufacturer guarantees remain unaffected where stated in the respective offer.

10. Product presentation

We endeavour to display our products as accurately as possible. Depending on the screen, device settings and lighting conditions, colours in images may differ slightly from the actual goods. The product description and the essential characteristics of the respective offer are decisive. The customer’s statutory rights, in particular in the event of defects, are not restricted by this.

11. Contract language and order data

The contract language is German. Order data is processed and stored in accordance with statutory requirements. The customer receives the information relevant to the order and the order confirmation electronically and can store them permanently.

12. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
